Do the smart thing! Never step out in front lest someone recognize you and task you with an unwanted responsibility or possibly accuse you just because you happen to be there. Don’t ever say, “it’s my fault, sorry.” If your a politician always stick your hand out to see which way the dollars blow then speak in a strange form of rhetoric that suggests something but that really never takes a stand, pro or con. If you see an injustice that affects you or the society you live within quickly turn on the TV and go to a sports or cooking channel to forget what you’ve just seen or heard! When your driving, never give the other driver a chance to turn into the lane ahead of you, always be the first one through the intersection. And if someone does manage to pass you speed up the car to ride their bumper to let them know who is the boss. If you’re a student then never start your homework till ten minutes before class and make sure that the teacher can’t see your social media page on the school’s classroom computer. If you get caught, and your prearranged sob story falls on deaf ears, then complain to the head of the department and try to get the teacher in hot water. If you are a journalist then act high and mighty and quietly toddy to your editor’s instructions to write the ‘right angle’. Never directly interview anyone at the scene if they contradict the cops, and always put the minority spin as guided by the present government administration. Don’t ever write a regular letter to a corporation or an elected government official expressing your true feelings. If you see a line of people then immediately stand behind the last in line, be quiet, never say a word to ask about where the destination at the front of the line leads to.
There are of course thousands more of the same maxim’s that will demonstrate that you are a modern ‘child of the state’ making your place amidst the cradles to grave 47% of Americans who ‘go along’ to get along.
